This application uniquely allows you to use a barcode scanner to automatically input the Machine ID & information.

• Automatically creates service dispatch, accelerating service repair time.
• Use the barcode scanner to automatically read & populate the Machine ID, or manually add the Machine ID Number (located on Machine License Plate)
• Automatically identifies the type of machine needing service & the location for fast, accurate routing
• Customize your request with the specific request notification of service completion either through email or text message.
